Mitaan aims to digitize Government Services and deliver them to citizen’s doorstep through the flagship “Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana”. The process includes citizens requesting for a Government Doc via Call Center, Field agents verifying the citizens identity and collecting necessary documents and then delivering the Government documents to the citizen's doorstep. They wanted us to handle UI UX designs and end to end software solutions for Mitaan.
